In this month's edition of our team feature, we'd like to introduce you to Anthony J D'Cruz, an integral part of our Park & Jet team!

Anthony J D'Cruz

Tell us something about yourself. Brag a little!

I was born in Pakistan but migrated to London, UK. I worked in Bahrain for 17 years and in 1995, migrated to Canada. I joined Park & Jet in 2000 and I'm still working here.

What do you do at Park & Jet?

What is your favourite thing about working at Park & Jet?

It's a very organized and smooth operation. Friendly environment and a family atmosphere.

Do you have any children, grandchildren? Share a little about them.

Two kids. No grandkids. My son is a good musician; he plays the keyboard, drums and sings. My daughter studied in Calgary as well; she works at a law firm.

Who is your role model? Who do you admire? List three things you like about them.

The Police: They maintain law & order. They risk their lives each and every day for us, and they are always ready to help 24/7.

What makes you laugh?

A good joke.

When you're not working, what do you do for fun?

I enjoy listening to Country or Western music, and maybe, if I feel in the mood, strum a few chords on the guitar.

Do you volunteer? If so, where? Tell us a little bit about what you do.

I don't volunteer, but I am available to my cousins and friends when they need help.

What's your favourite charity?

Heart & Stroke.

If we took your coffee or tea order, what would it be?

Strong tea with cream and sugar.

And which snack would you want to go along with your coffee?

Ham & Cheese Sandwich.

When you're hungry at the airport, what's your 'go-to' food?

Tea & a sausage roll.

What colour is your suitcase?

Black/Blue & Grey

Which is your favourite place to travel to, and what's your best travel memory?

Holland — Take a ride on the riverboat cruise, visit the windmills, tour the cheese factory and visit the flower auction market where they export flowers to all over the world.
